What's more, they're really quick and easy to make. Simply skewer the fruit, bake and enjoy with a delicious peanut butter yogurt dip!

Autumn Fruit Kebabs Recipe

  • 100g 0% fat Greek-style yogurt
  • 30g smooth peanut butter
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 large red apple
  • 1½ pears
  • 16 blackberries
  • small pinch of ground cinnamon

  1. Mix the yogurt, peanut butter, 1 tsp maple syrup and 2 tbsp cold water in a small bowl. Set aside.
  2. Heat the grill to medium-high. Core the apple and pears, and cut each into 16 chunks. Thread 2 pieces each of apple and pear and 2 blackberries onto each skewer.
  3. Place in a single layer on a large baking tray lined with foil. Brush lightly with 1 tsp maple syrup, dust with a small pinch of ground cinnamon, then grill for 4-5 mins until the fruit has softened and is lightly charred. Serve warm with the dipping sauce.

Tip: If you're using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 20 mins before using.
